What to expect & investment…
While you’re looking forward to the wedding…
If you book a pre-shoot (pricing below), we might meet a year before the wedding, or perhaps a few months… This will give us chance to get to know each other, and give you an opportunity to get comfortable in front of the camera.
A few weeks before the wedding, I’ll share a questionnaire with you, so I’m able to get all the info I need to capture your big day. If you’d prefer to go through the deets over the phone or in person, do let me know!
On the big day…
I’ll be with you from around 1–2 hours before your ceremony (to capture preparations at one location) until about 30 minutes after your first dance (around 8 pm).
While you’re blissfully enjoying married life…
I’ll be editing your 400+ images and popping them onto your very own online gallery (usually 8–12 weeks).
*BTW, if you’re an absolute star and let me use your images on my blog and for social media, I’ll knock £250 off your booking, taking it to £1500. If you’d rather me not use images from your day online, I reserve the right to use images that don’t include any identifiable personal details like names and faces.
Optional extras
Preshoot
Perfect for getting comfortable in-front of the camera, engagement announcements or save-the-dates. We’ll meet on a Sunday for a pre-wedding photoshoot, and you’ll get up to 100 images in a digital gallery, usually delivered within 4 weeks.
Second photographer
A second photographer will capture prep at a second location and provide additional coverage throughout the day until after the speeches (extra candid photos, and alternative angles e.g. both ends of the aisle during your ceremony etc).
Travel
Travel within 30 miles of CW12 is included in the price, extra miles will be charged at 45p per mile. If your venue is over 60 miles from CW12, I’ll need accommodation for one or two nights — give me a shout if this is the case, so we can talk about the finer details.
Extra time
Got something special planned late into the night? If you need me to stay a little longer after your first dance, give me a shout and let’s plan!
